Healthy living, dieting, weight loss, eating right, fitness, nutrition

  1. Simple, sustainable, organic if possible and as local as possible.
  2. Eat mostly Vegetables (lots of greens).
  3. Eat some Fruits.
  4. Eat a some nuts and seeds.
  5. Eat warm and cool foods, raw and cooked.
  6. Use good oils (coconut, olive, grass-fed butter, ghee).
  7. Eat fermented foods (kimchi, kombucha, grass-fed full-fat yogurt, sauerkraut).
  8. Eat small amounts of the above every 3-4 hours. 
  9. Limit grains, deep fried foods and processed foods.
  10. Limit meat, keep it as sustainable as possible (the energy from what you eat goes into your own body, so make sure the animal you eat was killed in a humane way).
  11. Grow your own!
