organic healthy foodI am not one who likes to spend all day in the kitchen or more than hour preparing a meal. So every one of these recipes is easy to follow, easy to prepare and not at all time consuming. 

I emphasize organic, whole food, gluten-free, eco-friendly, sustainable practices. I use organic and local produce whenever possible and easily-digestible foods that mostly ALL diets can handle! 

Feel free to make all these recipes your own! After all, most of these recipes come from my own research into cooking and other tweaking others recipes to suit my own dietary needs. Add a little nutmeg here or paprika there or omit my use of spice for your own herb you grown in your backyard garden!  Most importantly, cook for yourself, save money, live longer, healthier lives!
