This recipe is nice because it not only tastes delicious but you can just leave it alone while it cooks. This is also Paleo and Gaps diets friendly so digestive systems will be happy.


2 Handfuls Sprouted Lentils (leave lentils out overnight with filtered water and they will sprout)

1 Pound Grass-Fed Beef (stew meat works well or steaks and cut them into small pieces)

1 Organic Onion (chopped)

2 Tbsp Organic Ginger (chopped)

1 Bunch Organic Cilantro (chopped)

1 Tbsp Organic Curry Powder

4 Bay Leaves

3 Cups Organic Low-Sodium Chicken Stock

2 Tbsp Organic Olive Oil

2 Cups Organic Vine Tomatoes (diced)


Heat the oil up in a large pot to medium and add the onion. After the onion is cooked until a little brown, add ginger, bay leaves, cilantro and curry powder and stir for a minute or so then add the beef. After the beef browns a little add the chicken stock, tomatoes and lentils and simmer on low for 30 minutes or so. Serve up and enjoy!
